Independent Partner — Is a partner that only requires price quotes. They close all of their own accounts without the sales aid or assistance of an ABI representative. Commission percentage, 75% of ABI compensation

Voice Service — Local, LD, Access Lines and Usage – Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) – 3000.00 x 20% (ABI Compensation) = 600.00 x 50% (Networking Partner Commission) = 300.00 ever month x 24 month term = 7200.00 total term payout.
Data Service — Dedicate Internet Access, DSL and VPN – Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) – 3000.00 x 14% (ABI Compensation) = 420.00 x 50% (Networking Partner Commission) = 210.00 ever month x 24 month term = 5040.00 total term payout.
Phone System — Purchase Price – 15,000.00 x 10% (ABI Compensation) = 1500.00 x 50% (Networking Partner Commission) = 750.00 one time payout.
Cellular Phones — 20 phones x 100.00 x 10% (ABI Compensation) = 2000.00 x 50% (Networking Partner Commission) = 1000.00 one time payout.
